Created from scratch by Tailored Fit expert trainers, your fortnightly training plans are designed specifically to enable you to reach your goals, in the most efficient way possible.
Your personalised meal plan is created by our partnered nutritionists, to perfectly complement your training, to ensure you're getting the right amount of nutrients, whilst enabling your body to completely transform. It's the perfect marriage.
Every two weeks, you'll submit your progress photos as part of your fortnightly check-in process. You will receive your new, two-week training plan based on your progress to-date with each check-in, along with any required updates to your meal plan based on your changing physique.
You'll also receive email support throughout the course of the programme as well as instructional exercise videos for every movement prescribed in your training plans - all designed to ensure you know how to perform every lift with the correct form.
