TRANSFORMATION  

This Transformation Package includes 12 weeks of personalised online training and meal plans, designed to get you in the best shape of your life. 

Created from scratch by Tailored Fit expert trainers, your fortnightly training plans are designed specifically to enable you to reach your goals, in the most efficient way possible. Your personalised meal plan is created by our partnered nutritionists, to perfectly complement your training, to ensure you're getting the right amount of nutrients, whilst enabling your body to completely transform. It's the perfect marriage. 

 

Every two weeks, you'll submit your progress photos as part of your fortnightly check-in process. You will receive your new, two-week training plan based on your progress to-date with each check-in, along with any required updates to your meal plan based on your changing physique. 

 

You'll also receive email support throughout the course of the programme as well as instructional exercise videos for every movement prescribed in your training plans - all designed to ensure you know how to perform every lift, with the correct form to activate and effect the correct muscles.  

 

Nutrition is a vital aspect that must be addressed when it comes to creating the body of your dreams. This is why your tailored meal plan will address not only the foods you will eat, but also the correct quantities, prescribed at the right times.

When you sign up to the 12-Week Transformation Package, you'll be provided with a completely personalised meal plan, to ensure you're 100% set for success. 

Upon signing up, you'll receive a link to complete a comprehensive pre-assessment questionnaire. This questionnaire will cover everything from your training history, previous and/or existing injuries, current lifestyle, availability to train, access to equipment and will require you to upload two starting photos.

 

Once you complete the questionnaire with your starting photos uploaded, we'll assess your answers and collaborate to create your first training plan - this will be with you within 5 working days of completing your questionnaire. 

 

Each fortnight we'll send you a reminder to update your progress so we can further customise your training plan throughout your 12-week journey.

Please note: for those who are wanting to train from home (or while travelling) that a minimum equipment requirement of resistance-bands are needed to sign up to this package. Haven't got any? Let us know when you fill out your questionnaire and we'll assist you. 

Please note: your first payment will be taken on the day you join and you will be required to fill out your questionnaire that same day. Please allow 20 minutes to complete your pre-assessment questionnaire. Your weekly payments of $54.99 will be taken out each week on the same day which you signed up. 

 

Should you need to align your weekly payments to another day, please contact us upon joining and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
