With limited spaces to only a few numbers, the Personalised Online Coaching programme includes a minimum of 12-weeks of online coaching, designed to get you in the best shape of your life. 

Created from scratch by Tailored Fit expert trainer, Tyrone Bell your fortnightly training plans are designed specifically to enable you to reach your goals, in the most efficient way possible.

Your training plans will come with an online workout log where you'll track your progress of each workout for us to review. 

Every two weeks, you'll complete a questionnaire, upload your workout log and submit your progress photos as part of a fortnightly check-in process. Following this check-in you'll then receive your new, two-week training plan based on your progress to-date.


To keep you further motivated and provide an opportunity for learning, you'll also have a scheduled 20 minute Skype call every three weeks with Tyrone.  

You'll receive email support throughout the course of the programme, as well as instructional exercise videos for all movements prescribed in your training plans.

You'll be matched to one of our goal-specific, Tailored Fit Nutritional Guidelines which includes lists of approved foods , guideline quantities, sample meal plans and how to create each meal at the right time of day.
